Aerial Canvas is a creative content production and real estate marketing startup headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area. Our agency's mission to make creativity more accessible to the world. We believe in leveraging our combined passion and expertise to help others elevate their business and brand. We double-down on our strengths and constantly seek to develop our weaknesses because we believe we owe the world the best version of ourselves.
As a privately funded and owned organization, we are allowed the ability to experiment, innovate, and disrupt with no limits. Relentlessly-Resourceful
They take extreme ownership and get things done with no excuses. They stay connected to the development of the work and lead from the front. Detail orientation is elementary to them–they take it one step further and exhibit detail-obsessiveness. The work does not stop at the parts that are not in their job description. No task is beneath them. They have grit and are resilient in the face of setbacks. They can listen objectively and lean on their team to improve their own work. They reciprocate that relationship of co-dependency. They are the opposite of hapless.
Bias Awareness
They are able to evaluate opposing perspectives, even if it is inconvenient or uncomfortable to them. Awareness means constantly reflecting and revising their view on how the world works. It means to see when and where they are wrong and to have the courage to adjust. They challenge their own thoughts before they present their position. They practice empathy and can codeswitch. They share the sentiment that intelligent people have strong opinions that are weakly held and are not refrained by their own convictions.
Comfortable with Ambiguity
They do not just talk or theorize, they act with urgency and effectiveness. They can clearly identify the 20% of the work that creates 80% of the impact. By consistently executing on the 20% high impact work, startups can deliver exponentially faster than their competition. Figuring out what problem to solve is deceptively hard. We value talent that cuts through the ambiguous and complex problems with great clarity and simplicity. They know enough to know that they can never know enough.
